Appearance: pale yellow, with the culture medium protruding from the edge of the contact dish to an appropriate height, a smooth surface, no cracks, no visible impurities or bubbles to the naked eye;
Physical and chemical properties: pH is acceptable, and gel strength is 500~750g/cm2.
Sterility and water holding capacity: Cultivate at 30-35 ℃ for 5 days without bacterial growth; Cultivate at 20-25 ℃ for 7 days without any significant dehydration of the mold growth medium;
Growth test: Inoculate 50-100 CFU of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, and Aspergillus niger separately. The ratio of the average number of colonies on the solid culture medium to the average number of colonies on the control medium should be within the range of 0.5-2, and the colony morphology and size should be consistent with those on the control medium;
The A-level laminar flow production line is fully automated for filling, minimizing the risk of personnel contamination.
